AKTV PD - VCE Korean Second Language

Are you teaching, planning to teach, or supporting students undertaking VCE Korean Units 3 & 4? Join AKTV PD for a practical and informative session designed to help teachers navigate the VCE Korean study design and assessment requirements with greater confidence.

About the Conference

Presented by Sarah Yang, current VCE Units 3 & 4 Korean teacher at Victorian School of Languages, this session will provide an overview of how VCE Korean works, including the study design, assessment structure, key requirements, and what students need to know throughout Units 3 & 4. Sarah will also share practical insights from her experience teaching VCE Korean, offering useful guidance and strategies to help teachers support students in preparing for assessment.

Who should attend?

This session is suitable for current VCE Korean teachers, teachers new to VCE Korean, and teachers considering offering VCE Korean in the future.

Victorian Curriculum 2.0 is the latest version of the Victorian Curriculum, providing teachers with updated guidance and resources to support effective teaching and learning.

We are fortunate to have Dr Silvia Yang present on the key differences between Victorian Curriculum 1.0 and 2.0. She will also explore plurilingual capability and support teachers in developing a strong understanding of this important area.
