About the Competition
The AKTV VCE Speech Competition is designed to support students studying Korean at the VCE level by providing an authentic platform to practise and demonstrate their oral communication skills. Participants will deliver a prepared speech aligned with VCE standards, simulating the format and expectations of the VCE Korean Oral Examination. The competition fosters academic excellence while encouraging students to confidently express their ideas in Korean.
What Students Will Gain
By participating, students will strengthen their readiness for the VCE Korean Oral Examination. They will develop greater fluency, accuracy, and confidence in spoken Korean, as well as refine their ability to structure and present ideas effectively. Students will also benefit from experiencing exam-style conditions, gaining valuable feedback, and building confidence in a supportive and professional environment.
